Brentwood Construction & Remodeling is a full service design/build contractor that specializes in renovations, additions & new custom homes for discriminating clients who value true craftsmanship and experience. Home Design: We feature in-house design for renovations, additions and custom homes and we also work with qualified architects and home designers.

Consulting: Construction defect consulting, water intrusion, project management, and project estimating.

Green Building: We are committed to guiding clients on the latest in “green building” trends, design and products. In addition to our membership in the FBGC, we achieved the designation of a “green home certifier”.

Executive Management

Eric Stier Executive Bio
Eric’s is a fourth generation builder and he has been building homes in Florida for over 26 years. Following his graduation from University of Cincinnati, Eric followed in his father’s footsteps and began his career in the field as a construction manager for U.S. Home Corp. Following his time at U.S. Home Corp, he started an Arthur Rutenburg franchise in Naples Florida

where he served as President and directly oversaw construction in several large developments. Eric was ultimately recruited by Brentwood Custom Homes to serve as Director of Construction and moved his family to Orlando. Eric was instrumental in growing Brentwood Custom Homes into “Central Florida’s Largest Custom Home Builder” where he managed over 10 construction managers and over $75 million in annual custom new home construction. Eric is a Florida licensed building contractor and resides in Lake Mary with his wife and two children.
